ZNF326 also known as Znf20 or Zinc Finger Protein 326 functions as a transcriptional regulator influencing gene expression by binding to DNA. It is part of the Krüppel-associated box (KRAB) zinc finger protein family and has a molecular mass of approximately 49 kDa. ZNF326 is expressed in multiple tissues including brain heart and pancreas indicating its broad role in cellular activities.

This protein modulates RNA processing and transcriptional regulation often working as part of a transcriptional complex.
