Formulation:
Dissolving one tablet in 1 liter of deionized H
O yields a solution containing 140 mM NaCl, 10 mM phosphate buffer, and 2.7 mM KCl, pH 7.4 at 25°C.
Reconstituition:
Dissolve one tablet in one liter deionized H
O to yield 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl.
