The LILRB5 protein also known as Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor Subfamily B Member 5 has an approximate mass of 65 kDa. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is primarily found on the surface of several immune cells including monocytes and macrophages. LILRB5 plays a significant role in down-modulating immune responses by interacting with its ligands.
