Staining Protocol:
IHC procedure: Incubate tissue section for 5 to 7 minutes at room temperature; Rinse and proceed with immunostaining.
General ISH procedure: Incubate tissue section for 15 minutes at 37
C; Rinse and proceed with hybridization.
