Use a neutral density filter (optical density 1.0) to reduce signal in a specific channel on your S3 or S3e Cell Sorter .
These filters are particularly helpful when working with bright fluorophores or overexpressed fluorescent proteins.
Individual filter holders ( 1441007 ) are available for these filters.
