Overview
Use 10x Tris/CAPS Buffer for western transfer when using a semi-dry blotting apparatus. Prior to use, methanol needs to be added to a final concentration of 15% to the anode buffer, and SDS needs to be added to a final concentration of 0.1% to the cathode buffer.
