Overview
Use this midi Criterion Tris-HCl Protein Gel for running either denaturing or nondenaturing PAGE. The gel does not contain SDS. For denaturing electrophoresis use standard Laemmli buffers.
• For native PAGE use Native Sample Buffer and Tris/Glycine Native Running Buffer, and for separation by molecular weight use Laemmli Sample Buffer and Tris/Glycine/SDS Running Buffer
• Numbered visible well outlines for easy sample loading and identification
• 12-week shelf life
• Run 2-D electrophoresis in less than a day
• One well for markers or other reference
