Product Description

Ly6/PLAUR domain containing 8 (Lypd8) is a 100-120 kD GPI-anchored glycoprotein and a member of the Ly6/PLAUR family. Lypd8 is highly expressed on epithelial cells from intestinal lumen, where it prevents bacterial invasion by inhibiting bacterial motility by binding to flagella.

Application: IHC-F - Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration of 5 µg/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * Alexa Fluor® 594 has an excitation maximum of 590 nm, and a maximum emission of 617 nm.
