Biolegend, 370802, Purified anti-human TMEM8A Antibody, 100μg

TMEM8A is an 84 kD, type I protein with five transmembrane-spanning regions. TMEM8A is expressed on the surface of resting T cells and is down-regulated after cell activation. In addition, there are reports of TMEM8A co-localizing with LAMP2 in the lysosome. While the exact function of TMEM8A is unknown, it has been proposed to be an adhesion molecule that may be involved in the maintenance of the resting T cell state.

Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
