ROR2 is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase that belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Both canonical and non-canonical Wnt proteins bind to the ROR2 receptor. ROR2 may play a role during embryonic development in the formation of chondrocytes and cartilage and growth plate development and mediates WNT5A-induced noncanonical Wnts signaling, which induces filopodia formation and cell migration.

For intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.125 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
