EOS also known as IKZF4 is an IKAROS Family Member expressed in lymphocytes, specifically in Tregs. It plays an important role in the inhibitory function of Tregs. It may be involved in the development of the central and peripheral nervous systems as well as lymphoid development.

For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.125 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: Clones W16032A and W16032B cross-block each other and likely recognize different epitopes.
