The isotype of MG2b-57 immunoglobulin is mouse IgG2b,κ. This antibody was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of resting, activated, live, and fixed mouse, rat and human tissues.

Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis as negative control, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.
Application Notes: Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: Intracellular flow cytometry, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, functional assay. The Ultra-LEAF™ purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/µg, Azide-Free, 0.2 µm filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. Nos. 401215-401220) as negative control.
