Formulation: Chemically-defined. Cell-Vive™ ITS Media Supplement (100X), GMP is a concentrated liquid solution that can be thawed and diluted to the desired concentration in cell culture media.

Recommended Usage: Thaw the supplement overnight at 4°C and dilute to a 1X final concentration in desired cell culture media.
Application Notes: Cell-Vive™ CD ITS Media Supplement (100X), GMP is a concentrated serum-replacement supplement for cell culture applications. It is recommended to dilute the supplement to a 1X concentration in the desired cell culture media. It is recommended to thaw the supplement overnight at 4°C prior to use. The supplement can be stored unopened at 4°C for 2-4 weeks and can be used for one month once added to cell culture media. Final concentrations other than 1X and efficacy of the thawed supplement after 2 weeks should be tested in the desired cell culture platform.
