Formulation: 20X concentrated Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.2) with Tween-20.
Storage & Handling: The undiluted solution should be stored at room temperature to avoid salt crystalization.
Application: ELISA
Recommended Usage: The BioLegend ELISA Wash Buffer (20X) must be diluted to 1X working solution with D.I. water prior to ELISA wash procedures. e.g. Dilute one (1) part ELISA Wash Buffer (20X) to nineteen (19) parts D.I. water. The 1X solution contains a final concentration of 0.05% Tween-20. Each lot of BioLegend ELISA Wash Buffer (20X) has been tested by ELISA.
