The Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activation Beads allow for convenient in vitro activation of human T cells without the need for antigen-presenting cells. Human T cells are stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies coated on superparamagnetic microbeads. Simply add the beads directly to isolated T cells or to PBMCs at a 1:1 particle-to-cell ratio for robust T cell activation. The antibody-coated beads can be removed from the cells by the use of a magnetic separator. Some of the downstream applications include functional assays, gene expression analysis, and phenotypic characterization.

Preparation: The antibodies were purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with magnetic microbeads under optimal conditions.
Storage & Handling: All components should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.
Recommended Usage: Use Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activation Beads at a 1:1 particle-to-cell ratio.
