Biolegend, 480179, MojoSort on Columns™ - Separator for Large Columns, VO20

BioLegend’s MojoSort on Columns™ System is designed for magnetic separation of cells using columns to perform positive or negative selection/isolation. Our MojoSort on Columns™ System is an alternative platform to the MojoSort™ handheld magnet system. The MojoSort on Columns™ Systems consists of our column-optimized reagents, kits, columns, column separators and multistands. The MojoSort on Columns™ - Separator for Large Columns is intended to generate a strong magnetic field within the matrix of a cell separation column (sold separately, Cat. No. 480178 ). Once the columns are placed in the separator, a strong magnetic field is generated within the column matrix which allows for unlabeled cells to flow through while the magnetic bead-labeled cells are retained until elution. Removal of the column from the separator will result in the loss of the magnetic field and allow for labeled cells to elute from the column. This separator is designed to hold a single BioLegend MojoSort on Columns™ – Large Columns (Cat. No. 480178 ) and placed on a MojoSort on Columns ™ - Multistand (Cat. No. 480177 ).
