MojoSort on Columns™ is BioLegend’s product line for column-based cell separation. This portfolio offers total solutions for column system setup as well as column-optimized formulations for reagents and kits. This kit is designed for negative isolation of mouse CD3+ T cells from mouse splenocytes. Non CD3+ cells are magnetically labeled by incubating your sample with the biotin antibody cocktail followed by magnetic Streptavidin Nanobeads. Once applied to our MojoSort on Columns™ System , the magnetically labeled cells are retained in the column matrix, while the untouched CD3+ T cells flow through the column and are collected into a clean tube. The depleted/labeled non CD3+ cells can be eluted from the column matrix for use as a control sample.

Verified Reactivity: Mouse
Formulation: Cocktail: Phosphate-buffered solution containing 0.09% sodium azide, pH 7.2. Streptavidin Nanobeads: Aqueous solution containing BSA and 0.05% sodium azide.

Storage & Handling: Antibody cocktail and Streptavidin Nanobeads should be stored upright and undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. For lot-specific expiration dates, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis which can be found here.
Application: Cell Separation - Neg (Quality tested)
Recommended Usage: 10 µL of antibody cocktail for 1 x 107 cells in 100 µL of buffer. 10 µL of Streptavidin Nanobeads for 1 x 107 cells in 100 µL of buffer.
Application Notes: This kit is designed for negative isolation of CD3+ T cells from mouse lymphoid tissues such as spleen samples. This kit is optimized for use with a column-based separation system such as MojoSort on Columns™ - Large Columns (Cat. No. 480178), Multistand (Cat. No. 480177) and Column Separator (Cat. No. 480179). This kit has also been tested for compatibility with columns from other suppliers. Please contact BioLegend Technical Service ([email protected]) for more information and guidance on compatibility with 3rd party columns and column systems. This product is designed research use only (RUO). Important Note: This kit is not suitable for use with our handheld magnets. If you're using handheld magnets, we recommend the MojoSort™ Mouse CD3 T Cell Isolation Kit (Cat. No. 480024). Test sizes/starting cell capacity: One test is defined as cell separation from 1x107 human whole blood PBMCs or leukopak-derived PBMCs. The 100 tests size provides enough reagents for approximately 1x109 cells. Each lot has been individually optimized. Do not mix and match components from different lots of different kits.
