Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10.0 µg/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: For IHC-P in mouse tissues, we recommend antigen retrieval with Citrate Buffer, 10X (Cat. No. 420901). Clone A17130G is not suitable for Western Blot. Clone A17130G is not suitable for ICC. Clone A17130G is not suitable for IHC-P in human tissues. Although signal is detected, signal strength is low.
