Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor is not equipped with an integrated printer and therefore cannot directly print data. However, it supports exporting data as PDF files directly to a USB drive or a network drive location. Users can manage these files and print them using an external printer. Additionally, the instrument can be connected to an external printer for direct printing of data files. The configuration and verification of the printer must be performed by the IT team.
Q: Does Cobetter C-QPM2 multi-channel online pressure monitor support both automatic and manual data backup?
Users can perform a manual backup of the active data in the C-QPM2 monitor by clicking the backup button on the database page, which generates a BAK-format database file. This file can then be managed (exported or imported) via the file management page. However, the C-QPM2 does not currently support automatic database backup. If users require scheduled automatic backups, Cobetter can provide the installation directory path of the database files on the hard drive. The operation team can then use third-party software to regularly copy the files from this specified path over the local area network (LAN). It is crucial that this operation is performed only when the device is idle to avoid data corruption or system interruption.
