Product Description
Check this product with a package size of 90mm / 0.22μm / 25/pk on Iright. Cobetter hydrophilic PVDF membrane is used for a wide range of applications like aqueous and non-aggressive solvent-based. The modified hydrophilic PVDF provides low extractables and protein binding with broad chemical compatibility, typically used for clarifying filtration of biological solutions. Hydrophilic PVDF membranes are not recommended for filtration of acetone, DMF, DMSO.

How to Choose a Membrane Filter
Medium, buffer filtration -- PES membrane
Low protein adsorption filtration -- PVDF membrane
Solvent mixture -- Nylon or Hydrophilic PTFE membrane
Non-polar (hydrophobic) solution -- Hydrophobic PTFE membrane
Polar (hydrophilic) solution -- Nylon membrane
Corrosive solution -- Hydrophobic PTFE membrane
Gas filtration -- Hydrophobic PTFE memberane 1. Which side of the membrane should face the sample?
The shiny side of the membrane should be in contact with the liquid sample.
