Product Usage Information Western Blotting: 1:1000 Storage Supplied in 140 mM NaCl, 3 mM KCI, 10 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.4) dibasic, 2 mM potassium phosphate monobasic, 2 mg/mL BSA, and 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody. Protocol Available protocols: Western Blotting Specificity / Sensitivity Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (HRP Conjugate) detects exogenously expressed proteins containing the Myc epitope tag. This antibody conjugate recognizes the Myc tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells. This antibody conjugate detects exogenously expressed Myc-tagged proteins in cells expressed under a CMV promoter. Expression under other promoters has not been evaluated. This antibody conjugate may cross-react with c-myc protein. This antibody conjugate may weakly cross-react with a protein of unknown origin ~90kDa.
