CST, 33449S, FluoroClear Blocking Buffer

Buffer for studying in the research area. Product Usage Information Add 5 μL of FluoroClear Blocking Buffer to cell suspension in Antibody Dilution Buffer (may be purchased as ready-to-use Flow Cytometry Antibody Dilution Buffer # 13616 or prepared as a solution of 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin in 1X Phosphate Buffered Saline) prior to addition of antibody conjugates. Final volume of cell suspension, FluoroClear Blocking Buffer, and antibody mixture should equal 100 μL. Post antibody staining, perform washes with Antibody Dilution Buffer and proceed with flow cytometric analysis. Storage Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline. Store at 4°C. Do not freeze.
