Product Usage Information Prior to immunostaining, treat cells with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution for 10 min at room temperature, using 2.5 μg/1 million cells in approximately 100 μL Antibody Dilution Buffer (may be purchased as ready-to-use Flow Cytometry Antibody Dilution Buffer # 13616 or prepared as a solution of 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin in 1X Phosphate Buffered Saline). No wash step is needed before incubating cells with primary antibodies. Storage Supplied in PBS solution (pH 7.2). Stable at 4°C for 1 year after receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
