Background ETS-2 is a member of the E26 Transformation-specific Sequence (ETS) transcription factor family, which binds to a core GGAA/T DNA sequence in the promoter region of target genes to activate gene expression (1). Its activity is important for cell growth and differentiation, bone formation, and autoimmune disease and cancer progression (5-7).
