This antibody recognizes the DYKDDDDK-tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells. This antibody detects exogenously expressed DYKDDDDK-tagged proteins in cells expressed under a CMV promoter. Expression under other promoters has not been evaluated.
