All data were generated using the same antibody clone in the standard formulation which contains BSA and glycerol. This formulation is ideal for use with technologies requiring specialized or custom antibody labeling, including fluorophores, metals, lanthanides, and oligonucleotides. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. BSA and Azide Free antibodies are quality control tested by size exclusion chromatography (SEC) to determine antibody integrity. Background B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 (also known as MS4A1; Membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A member 1) is a cell surface phosphoprotein involved in the regulation of B cell activation and proliferation (1,2). It is commonly used as a marker to identify B cells and is expressed throughout B cell development, up until their differentiation into plasma cells.
