Antibodies are purified by peptide affinity chromatography. Background The BCL7 family of proteins consisting of BCL7A, BCL7B, and BCL7C are part of the mammalian SWI/SNF complex (1,2). The BCL7 family has tumor suppressive properties, and differential expression is correlated with poor prognosis of multiple cancer types (2-6). BCL7A was first identified as gene invoked in a MYC-BCL7A fusion in high-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (7). BCL7A also contributes to the function of Purkinje cells (8). BCL7B is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome and has been found to play a role in Wnt signaling (9,10).
