Our Fluorescence Spectrometers use Pulsed Xenon Discharge lamps. These reliable, stable lamps provide remarkable sensitivity and can achieve a peak intensity exceeding 1 KW. To maintain the original stability and sensitivity of the instrument only use PerkinElmer replacment lamps. The quartz envelops of these lamps are pressurized and require extreme caution. Replacement by PerkinElmer Service Engineers is recommended.
