Brownlee Aquapore® RP-300 columns have a wide-pore, silica-based support suitable for the separation of large biopolymers. These conventional Brownlee columns (non-cartridge) use standard compression end fittings compatible with all HPLC instrumentation and do not require holders unless they are being used with NewGuard cartridges. To couple a conventional column to a NewGuard cartridge, a NewGuard holder (07150001) is necessary.
