Brownlee Aquapore® RP-300 columns have a wide-pore, silica-based support suitable for the separation of large biopolymers. This conventional Brownlee column (non-cartridge) uses standard compression end fittings compatible with all HPLC instrumentation and only requires a holder when used with a NewGuard cartridge. To couple a conventional column to a NewGuard cartridge, a NewGuard holder (07150001) is necessary.
