Each individual tip has a distinct wide shape at the end of the pipette tip. This allows the VariSpan pipetting module to aspirate and dispense more viscous materials in a gentle manner. These tips are also manufactured to reduce liquid retention and molecular distortion by reducing the sheer stress on the liquid as it is aspirated.
