Discrepancies can exist between FT-IR spectrometers. An instrument's wavenumber and lineshape values can be adversely affected as a result of changing sampling accessories and components. Absolute Virtual Instrument (AVI) is a Spectrum software function that ensures wavelength and lineshape standardization for all FT-IR istruments.
