mBPW, is used for the selective, single step, pre-enrichment of Salmonella spp from food and environmental samples in a laboratory setting. mBPW is Proprietary enrichment media used in combination with Solus One Supplement. It allows growth of stressed/injured Salmonella and suppresses the growth of majority of Grampositive flora. Also makes isolation of Salmonella from primary enrichment cultures possible.
