The o-ring-free Tracey spray chamber, made of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), is designed to be hydrofluoric acid-resistant. It does not have an internal baffle feature. Its precision is considered good and its purity is considered good. The TFE Tracey spray chambers are specially treated to ensure efficient drainage and they offer better sensitivity and precision than other polymer-based spray chambers.
