The D-Torch is a revolutionary new demountable torch design with interchangeable outer tubes. Quartz outer tubes are ideal for most aqueous samples while ceramic outer tubes may be better for high TDS applications, however, ceramic outer tubes are not offered for the Optima Optima 2x00/4x00/5x00/7x00 DV instruments. This 1-slot demountable quartz outer tube allows for easy replacement and maintenance of the D-Torch. The replaceable outer tube is also more economical to replace than having to change the complex quartz assembly of the standard torch.
