The PFA kit is an ultra-pure, HF-resistant sample introduction system for Optima 2x00/3x00/4x00/5x00/7x00 DV series instruments. All wetted surfaces are PTFE-coated PFA or sapphire. It is used by a majority of semi-conductor labs worldwide for the analysis of semiconductor-grade chemicals and other high-purity chemicals.
