The Validated C18 is a good general purpose reverse-phase column with moderate to high retention for hyphobic compounds. The high purity, Type B silica has low silanol activity resulting in excellent peak shapes even for basic analytes. This phase is more retentive than C8 and recommended for a wide range of analystes from acidic to slightly basic. compatibility: Clarus 600; FLEXAR LC
