FDFT1 is highly expressed in liver, lung, prostate, breast, ovary, bladder, cervix, thyroid, and esophageal cancers, while in colorectal, colon, testicular, uterine, pancreas, and kidney tumors, its expression is downregulated (PMID: 35093030).
