Phospho-ErbB3/HER3 (Tyr1197) is a phosphorylated form of the epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (EGFR3), also known as HER3. HER3 lacks tyrosine kinase activity itself, but becomes phosphorylated at tyrosine residues after forming heterodimers with other ErbB proteins such as HER2.
