The XPM-2 Bioluminescent Phantom is a mouse-shaped imaging accessory constructed from a specialized polymer resin that incorporates both scattering particles and dyes to simulate the optical properties of live tissue, providing a realistic simulation for bioluminescent imaging applications. Embedded within the phantom are two LED light sources strategically positioned to mimic internal bioluminescent signals, allowing users to practice and evaluate bioluminescence imaging techniques under controlled and repeatable conditions.
