Revvity, 3042-0020, NeoBase Succinylacetone Assay Solution

Overview
The NeoBase Succinylacetone Solution is intended for use with the NeoBase Non-derivatized MSMS Kit (3040-0010/3040-001U) for the measurement and evaluation of succinylacetone from newborn heel prick blood samples dried on filter paper. By adding NeoBase Succinylacetone Assay Solution to samples at the same time as you add internal standards, you can extract succinylacetone along with amino acids, carnitine and acylcarnitines. This allows simultaneous detection of succinylacetone alongside other key metabolic disease markers.
