Overview
This activation buffer is already provided in AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ kits, used in the detection of phosphoproteins in cell lysates. It is being offered as a standalone item, in case of need of replacement or for additional volume. It is intended to be used solely in conjunction with AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ assays. Alpha SureFire® Ultra™ Activation Buffer optimizes the recognition of the target by the antibodies present in the kit. It also contains additional detergent, that may contribute to the cell lysis process in “one-well” protocols.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation buffer has a different formulation from the AlphaScreen SureFire Activation Buffer, and should not be used with AlphaScreen SureFire kits. Application-Cell Signaling
