Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse TDP-43 Aggregate Specific Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 25 μM MG132 for 6 hours and lysed in 10 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer C.
