Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Cleaved PARP1 (Asp214) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were treated with 1 μM Staurosporine for 4 hours in 1% FBS containing media and lysed with 6 mL of Lysis Buffer.
