Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-c-Met (Tyr1234/1235) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, T175 Flasks of confluent HeLa cells were stimulated with 1 mM Pervanadate for 15 minutes and lysed with 12 mL of 1X Lysis buffer.
