Revvity, ALSU-PCSF1R-D-L, AlphaLISA Human Phospho-CSF1R (Tyr723) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-CSF1R (Tyr723) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were washed and resuspended at 4 x 106 cells/mL in HBSS + 0.1% BSA. Cells were starved for 2 hours, treated with 50 ng/mL M-CSF for 5 minutes and lysed with 5X Lysis Buffer.
