Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-Cyclin D1 (Thr286) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 10 μM MG132 for 2 hours and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
