Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-ERα (Ser167) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 2 μg/mL EGF for 10 min and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
