Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-FOXO1 (Ser256) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured on confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media and lysed in 3 mL of Lysis Buffer.
