Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-Histone H3 (Ser10/Thr11) Detection Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U2OS cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 10 μM nocodazole for 16 hours and lysed with the equivalent of 2000 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
